Submitter Notes: This is a theme that features Usagi and Mamoru together from the hit series Sailor Moon. The bars show the PGSM chibi forms of Tuxedo Mask on the left/shorter bars and Sailor Moon on the right/longer bars. The code should be placed under the blocks theme. I originally modified the CSS theme for the kiki and coco kitties here.
