New Version Profile: Final Fantasy: Lulu

Submitter Notes: This is my second new version/current profile that I've made. The first one was originally supposed to be another premade profile (Which is still in the pending category, I think), but after the new Gaia navigation bar at the top was added, everything got messed up. So I got some new inspiration for a new profile, and here it is. It features Lulu from FFX. Enjoy!
