Submitter Notes: I've back into the free profiy thing for Bleach. If you want other profiles contact me and blarg. Anyway, a few things, I don't/can't teach CSS of "how to make a profile," I don't make free profiles so don't ask if I'll make you one without a fee if you do I might have to turn off random PM's and friend requests and that would ruin it for people who actually want help or a profile. So follow the rules so everyone can be happy.
