Submitter Notes: /-------- BLAME~! This theme was partially inspired by Tsutomu Nihe, maker of Noise and BLAME!. Please do not remove my name from the backgroud... ^^ If you have questions, you may always PM me :) I think it turned out pretty well. Only thing is that the comment bubble speach point thing has an offset.... couldn't fix it. Code is partly from F!ZZBANG, and also thanks to her for helping a bit ^^
